DNT Project Company has experience in designing buildings using modern seismic protection technologies, including seismic isolation and active vibration control methods. One of our priority areas is designing buildings with seismic isolation — a structural protection system that reduces the transmission of seismic energy from the foundation to the superstructure. We actively cooperate with the international engineering company Maurer — a world leader in seismic protection solutions and bearing systems. Together with Maurer, we implement advanced approaches in seismic protection, including:
- application of SIP-D type steel seismic isolators;
- use of rubber-metal seismic isolators;
- implementation of hysteretic dampers and energy dissipation devices;
- integrated design of seismic protection nodes in structural sections;
- adaptation of European technologies to the regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and CIS countries;
Additionally, we design MEP systems (HVAC, water supply and drainage, power and lighting) with consideration for seismic isolation. This ensures flexibility and reliability of utilities under seismic loads and guarantees their operability during emergencies.
Our experience includes designing new buildings and retrofitting existing structures for civil, industrial, and social purposes. Seismic isolation is not only about increased safety, but also about long-term investment protection.
